The Yoga group lessons at Ayuryoga are open to everyone! You can choose from calm, more dynamic, mindfulness, private or pregnancy classes in order to be guided in the correct way. Different yoga styles are taught such as Yin Yang, Hatha, Kundalini, Easy Flow Yoga, Ashtanga, Vinyasa Yoga, pregnancy yoga & Yogalates.

Question & Answer

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before the start of the yoga class for a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere. So you can check in and if necessary change clothes and lay out your mat.
  • It is best to wear comfortable clothing or fitted sports clothing.
  • Yoga is best done on an empty stomach. So eat at least two hours before class or only eat a light meal.
  • If you have physical complaints, please let us know before class. This way you can be guided in the necessary way. If you experience pain during a posture, return to a resting position.
  • Yoga mats can be rented at € 1.00 or can be purchased, especially for hygienic and practical reasons, other yoga accessories are available here for free or can be purchased.
  • If you cannot be present for a reserved lesson, please cancel it in time.
